Cuplaje elastice la comanda

 

 

 

 

Cuplaje elastice realizate la comanda dupa desenul sau modelul clientului.

Cuplajele de antrenare ofera mijloacele pentru care se transmite energia de la motorul electric la pompa hidraulica.

Prin natura structurii lor flexibile, sunt în masura sa compenseze neconcordante unghiulare si radiale între motor si pompa, si sa atenueze considerabil zgomotul generat prin linia de antrenare.

Cuplajele elastice sunt disponibile în aluminiu turnat si versiuni de fier, cu o varietate de optiuni, si acopera o gama de aplicatii ce folosesc motoare electrice de la marimea de 63 (nominala 0,15 kW), pâna la marimea de 400 (nominala 400 kW).

Instructiuni de montaj

  • Marginile orificiului de montaj si arborele trebuie sa fie tesite. Se recomanda sa utilizati o presa. Va rugam sa evitati deteriorarea suprafetei de alunecare.

Instructiuni de montaj

  • Marginile orificiului de montaj si arborele trebuie sa fie tesite. Se recomanda sa utilizati o presa. Va rugam sa evitati deteriorarea suprafetei de alunecare. Imbinarea cap la cap nu ar trebui sa fie in directia de sarcina.

Ungere

  • Lubrifiant pe baza de litiu, fara aditivi MoS2.

Ungere

  • este absolut necesara pentru a proteja suprafata de alunecare impotriva coroziunii si pentru a garanta o functionare corecta.
